well, I have not been to that hostel but it is located in a very nice area. If you are searching for non-touristy things, dipende... quali sono i tuoi interessi? 4 days is the perfect amount of time to see New York. :)

Tropics is very good, location is great. Close to Ocean Drive where the bars and beach are in South Beach

Everything is good here in Sydney. It has been raining a lot thou which is not good! It doesn't feel much like summer.

I spent some great holidays in Cube where I went to the beach and get suntunned! I just loved it! Now, I am back to Athens and at work and have already started planning my next trip abroad during eastern holidays!How are you doing?

Hey i hope you had a good Christmas. I went away on holidays to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Then when i got home i moved houses so i have been very busy.

I have been to all tree islands you mention and they are just great! of course each one on a different way...Mykonos is the party island, many night clubs, bars, after hour clubs etc. it's ideal for parting!
Ios is the 'hippy' island with nice bars but more rock orriented, big beach bars that have parties going on all day and houndreds of bars at night. Santorini on the other hand is famous for its unique landscape and views. I like the clubs in Santorini as there is something for every taste.
Anyway, if you decide to visit the greek islands you can go on island hopping and spend a few days in each island. There are many ferries connecting them, especially during summer!

Hi hope you are well! I did see that South Africa won the cup...was not very happy bout that. But i guess it was better then England winning 2 years in a row! And the Springboks are a better team then the English that's for sure!

I is coming into summer here so it is getting hot...i think it's going to be very hot this year cause we are already having 35 degree celsius days! It is raining at the moment thou...which is good because we have been in a drought for years but it's also bad cause i am going away for the weekend with my friends to the beach!

I hope that you are well...i have had the flu but am better now and looking forward to going to Noosa for Christmas. Do you do anything special for Christmas?

I am very sad that the Wallabies are out of the world cup...and to lose to England is even worse!! I don't know who to cheer for now thou with England playing South Africa in the final...i don't really like either of them. But i think South Afrixa will win.
I am very tired ar work this monday morning after a busy weekend for my brother's birthday. I would rather be at home sleeping!
I have brown hair. I need to update my picture and put one of just me up there!

I know I have to visit Rome and is deffinatelly in my future plans!
I don't know if you have been in Greece but I can assure you that you should do it! Athens is a city with great nightlife and many things to see and there are also a lot of islands close so as to visit. I live and work in Athens so you can ask me whatever you want for here!

The places you would like to see in Australia sound great! They are all places i have never been to myself. I have been to lots of cities all over the world but never to Alice Springs or Darwin!
In March i am planing to go to Egypt, Turkey & Morrocco. I have been looking forward to going to these places for a long time.
I hope you do get media tickets to the world cup final...that would be wonderful!

sì, per fortuna ci hanno rimesso l'adsl in ufficio, finalmente...i miei colleghi erano molto contenti, visto che stanno su msn tutto il giorno: capirai che il lavoro che effettivamente si combina in ufficio da me subisce dei picchi astronomici, in quanto a produttività, quando non funziona internet!!!

in realtà ieri e oggi io però non sono stata a lavoro: ho qualche problema dentistico...sembrerebbe niente di serio, a quanto mi dicono dal dentista, ma fà un male cane!!
Vado quindi a soffrire ancora un pò prima di andare a dormire...alla prox

I know where i want to go and how long for, but i haven't started saving my money yet! So will hyave to see how that goes first!

Yeah currently in new york.
I have been to hawaii, san diego 2x, san fran. I still have canada the eastern sides, vegas. Plus I think I may add in boston, chicago, savannah. Im having a great time. Been unwell for most of it, so that sucks, but oh well I guess that is travel for you. Meeting heaps of people and going to lots of different dining out places. New york I will come back too for sure. San fran I was a bit disappointed about for some reason. I only liked certain areas. All the hostels have been awesome, which has been great. What are you up too? You travelling or at home?

Wow that sounds great! Is it what you do for work? I have finished studing a few years ago now but am not using my degree in my work. I work for a compnay that makes shampoo and hair products. I am a receptionist there. It is the only kind of job i have found that makes me enough money to travel as much as i want to. I work for a year or so then leave my job to travel for a few months. When i get home i find another job.
I have been watching the Wallabies and they have been doing very well but haven't played any really strong teams yet.

The places around the beach and the Harbour in Sydney are really nice. I like the beach further up the coast thou...they are cleaner. I am from the suburbs in Sydney about 20 mins from the centre of the city. There are so many things i liked about Italy!! I ove the history in Rome, we don't have anything like it at all in Australia! I also really liked Sorrento and i went to an island off the coat of Naples called Ischia which was really beautiful. I would really like to go back to Italy and go further south, down to Sicily & Sardinia...one day i hope.

Hey I just looked at your past history. I am staying at hostelling international at san diego, and the adelaide hostel at san fran, which I know is connected to the dakota. How cool. At least you gave them good ratings ha. Im only in san diego for 3 days, as my main reason for going there is the mexico day trip. Did you do this?? I cant wait to do it. Anything I should know or be aware of about this. D.

Im actually thinking of going to Paris too. The flights are really cheap at the moment, but wanting to go early november for a month, then amsterdam etc etc. So many places.
