Torino is a wonderful city as probably you already know. Don't forget to go to the top of the Molle Antonelliana tower which has got superb views not only of the city itself, but also of the mountains sorrounding Torino.

As for the hostel, i think it is the best choice in Torino. You are in the very center, staff are professional and polite and the rooms, ate least the one I stayed in, was perfect.
