Want to know why some people are saying that Bamboostix was the best part of their India holiday?
Well, it was because we followed a simple recipe (If you would like to see some pictures please click here ):
* Find an Island with no roads, no traffic, no pollution but lots of vegetation, birds and marine animals
* Buy some space on it... large enough so that there are lots of chill out areas so you can be creative and shanti
* Use eco-sensitive materials like bamboo, coconut and thatched leaves to construct a very unique living space
* Experiment with a lot of activities for fun, learning and interaction
* Build a communal, sharing environment to keep prices low to keep it affordable for the fun, young, adventure tourist
Well, we did exactly this and the result is Bamboostix!

BLD = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily
We pay our taxes in full so that local government can improve the infrastructure (wishful thinking!!). The following taxes apply

Activities 12.5%
We also have to charge Rs. 25 per person per boat trip to the island. This helps us retain this personalised service and helps with the anti-pollution laws we have to comply with.
