Try Krakow.Went there in january, stayed at the tutti frutti (not sure if it spelt like that) its a nice place and quite lively.

While traveling in London, I stayed at several hostels within the district of Bayswater and Westminister. It was November of 07, and everything surrounding London was very accessible by foot or bus/subway..

I met some Norwegian in BKK.They are very friendly.

heya...you should go to krakow and odessa...pearls....beautifull...nice local people...good hostels(i recommend aqq in the heart of krakow..perfect place)...do not go to romania...slovakia..georgia..armenia(no turism,hotels but locals are great and will host you) and portugal..mnimam..have a good triip
