hi jaquelina, thank you for your hints. in a litttle bit more than a week i will go there. i can`t wait it. sounds cool, i am glad that this city is not so large, so i will see the most interesting things. by the way, have you been to "benfica"? is this the name of a part of the city? i want to see the stadium of light. and i also want to go to cabo roca - the most western point on the european continent. and finally i want to have a look at fatima. but as i have 2 days time only for lisboa and 8 days for the rest of the country, it should not be a problem. thanks again. are you on holiday at the moment? best wishes, andreas

thanks a lot for the link - seems to be very nice. actually i will stay in lisbon only for 2 days, then i have a car and i am going to explore the rest of the country. but i want a little bit of nightlife, have a look at the estadio da luz and see some monuments. i think i ought to buy a travelguide. but your photos helpede me, some of the buildings i wnat to view by myself. how far are the distances between them?
