I've performed at the Montreux International Jazz Festival, but the planned trip cycling in Hat Yai area of Thailand is too dangerous for you!!
In the area of the border with Thailand and Malaysia, even I would be hard pressed to travel there even in daylight hours.
Should try New Zealand or Australia, as it would be safer and more enjoyable.

On the outside chance you actually take a break from studying for the bar exam long enough to check this, I would love to hear what you thought of Prague. I am going to be traveling in Western Europe April –June and then heading to Eastern Europe for a bit if my funds hold out. I have heard Prague is great. I am heading to Croatia and Poland so the Czech Republic is kind of on the way. Let me know if you think it is worth my time and any insight on things to do/see there would be great. Good luck with the bar (which state are you taking it in?)
