Hi Jitsi, Avalon House is a great place to stay, its really central and well run. I wouldn't suggest moving at all! Suggestions of things to do in Dublin - go to the Market in Meeting House Square on a saturday, great buzz and unusual food. Check out cafe bar deli on Grafton St or Georges St for a bite to eat, enjoy
