Tokyo is really exciting. I liked the wonderful parks ..so green and relaxing. Then Asakusa and Omotesando districts...we had the hotel in Ueno zone...which I found nice too.
And what about japanese food..really great. We found lots of cheap and good place to eat in Ueno (Sushi and tempura..so good !). Japanese people so friendly! The city so clean...and that's strange if you compare the big cities in Europe. We went to Tokyo Bay: the Onsen - I do not remeber the name of it but it was wevy big and nice. Then Palette city as well...nice shopping over there.
And what about Tskuiji market: got up at 4am but it worth: the market really deserve a visit.We visited Nikko and Kamakura and we had a good time over there too. Next time we would like to visit Okinawa but sure we will stop in Tokyo for 3 or 4 days as well.
Have you ever been to Italy ?

Hi, thankyoufor your mail I'll keep in mind your tips, And for sure I'll put some pics on my website.. is not so updated actually because in the latest times I had not so much time.. Hi Kaori!
I'm about to leave for Japan, I could not think it was possible and now I have the tiket in my poket. I'll spend tree days in Tokyo and after I'll leave for Kyoto, Nara and maybe Takayama. Tokyo is almost a country itself; there are so many places to see, and even if sometimes I like to see a town "as it comes" I'm afraid I could regret if I miss something. Imagine I am you "pen friend" who come to see you.. where would you bring me first?
