But youre right. Last time I was in England I flew over to Italy and it was cheap.

I studied abroad there in 2003. My university owns a campus there. It was a really great experience. I have vowed to go back since then, and 5+ years later, I'm returning!

my advice is travel by train, as they are more comfy & offer more space, walk about, viewing cars, & more economical i think.
places to go would be boston, new york obviously, seattle, san francisco, ottawa ( canada )vancouver.
