galways unreal craic (fun) if u are here paddys day you will not actually believe the amount of people who get absolutely hammered drunk its unbelievable, prepare yourself, it will be the most incredible sight of sillyness, you'll ever see though, great fun!! cuba is a laid out club, drinks are 4-6euro so drink in your hostel first. good pubs are the kings head, buskers ti neachtain, overall, quite hospitable, but abandon all hope of enjoying a cultural,quiet pint of guinness. go to connemara for a day unless the weathers bad, sunsets on galway bay, usual touristy stuff, hope i was of some help,

Hi Emily, hope you have a super time in Dublin. For food check out cafe bar deli - this is on Grafton St, trendy cafe style restaurant. Be sure to check out Butlers for the best hot chocolate or coffee. Bar wise Keoghs is a great pub, it is on South Annes St, also check out Davy Byrnes opposite it. The Porterhouse in Temple Bar is a great pub which brews its on ale, the quays is good but might be a bit mobbed this weekend. There is a fireworks display on Sunday nite and the big parade is on sat nite. Hogans is a great bar on Dame St. have a super time!

I would suggestyou to go pubbing around shop street. You find a lot of pubs there for every taste. Then clubbing you have CP (very young crowd), Halo (the rich and the bewutiful), Cuba (students), Karma (mixed crowd in their 20s)...
Go to the tourist office to book a tour to the Arran island or Connemara. Cliff of Moher is nice as well.
