I am new to all of this, but excited about travelling alone for the first time to the States next year. I'm an actress and am off to hollywood for pilot season and an acting course...very exciting! i'm away for 8months so other than the usual tourist things I wondered what ppl suggest...should i head over to Las Vegas at any time etc? any ideas appreciated! :D

Yes.. this hostel in LA is very good! It's very good location and it's clean etc.. don't worry... you should go to Las Vegas.. I have a friend there if you need any contact tell me where you are going and I will be very happy to help you out! BTW I just came back from Europe and I had a great time in London! :)
