Hey Roswita,

Just letting you know that we really enjoyed our time in Innsbruck. We got the cable car to Nordkette to do our skiing, the skiing was great and the view of Innsbruck was stunning. There was still some of the Christmarkt outside our hotel so we enjoyed the food and Gluwein while some guys played music from the Golden Dachl on Christmas day. This is so different from Ireland at Christmas, we also went to the museums, alpenzoo, Swarovski Krystalwelt, skijump, i also had to eat as much of the Tyrol food as possible (it was beautiful). I will definately return to Innsbruck for more skiing. Anyways, thanks for the tips and if you have any questions on London then dont hesitate to ask :)

Thanks so much for the info on Innsbruck, i cant wait to get over there now.
I have visited Stockholm, Lonndon, Barcelona & Prague already this year, but i really want to see Innsbruck.
I'm bringing my little sis with me, she wants to see some snow this Christmas:)
Yeh, i'm into sports mainly running & trekking, so Nordkette sounds cool.
We're staying in the Goldener Adler Hotel which i believe is quite central, so it will be nice to do a bit of skiing /snowboarding/chilling /sightseeing /drinking :)
I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Ireland, plenty of rain & Guinness & craic ; )
Where did you visit when you were here and are there any places that you would like to visit in 2009 ?

im planning a trip to Innsbruck for Christmas, we plan to fly from Dublin to Munich on 24th December, then take the train to Innsbruck. We will be staying for five nights. It would be really cool if you could give me a few tips on what it will be like / what there is to do.

I love Innsbruck becuase i love the montains. My preferred sport is the trekking and the alpinism. Moreover I have two fantastic friends in Innsbruck, Susanne and Birgit.

war super in Dublin. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilft Dir bei jeder Frage weiter.Vorallem ist das Hostel super zentral gelegen. Wir haben alles auch ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ereichen können. Empfehlen kann ich Dir den Besuch des Trinity College insbesondere des Book of Celts. Dazu solltest Du Dir aber ienen Studenten vor Ort suchen. Die kommen zusammen mit 2 weiteren Personen kostenlos rein.
Ich hoffe ich konnte Dir damit weiter helfen.
