hi friend! thanks for your message. i would say july has a lot of rain in the philippines, but even say so, it is still very safe and you can still enjoy lots of other things inspite of the rain. you're going to boracay island right? :) bring a lot of energy with you, you will experience one of the most beautiful and exhilarating place in the philippines... good luck on your trip!
