NY Lights Hostel is not very safe actually. Most of the time there's no staff, doors are always open and basically everybody can walk in and steal everything. However there are lockers. Only walked around there, so don't know about the taxi and bus prices. Probably not to expensive!!

Hi Caribic House is in a really safe location. It is right near Dr Cave Beach so it is really handy. I would have no problem recommending the place.
