Hi, Our website is 100% trustworthy. As Tommy below states, once you make the booking the hostel has to honour it. If for some reason they don\'t, you\'ll be refunded the deposit. But I\'ve stayed in Broadway Hotel n Hostel personally, and I know that your booking will be fine. Hope this helps, and for tip on New York click on \'guides\' and then \'videos\'. If you make a reservation through Hostelworld it\'s mandatory for the hostel to honour that. But if they don\'t, there\'s nothing you can do about it apart from giving them a bad review. It happened to us twice in South Africa.

hi, i booked the west end Hostel. It wasnt great ;( i still dont have my money from the reservation back.. i ll see whats gonna happen. greetz martin
