Travel tip

When booking a hostel make sure it has lockers. Bring several small locks and one larger lock for your locker. A cable to lock your stuff to a ummovable object is also nice. Check if the hostel is air conditioned.

About me

I graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in Miami, Florida in May of 2003. I then went on to Loyola University of New Orleans and graduated with a Bachelor in Arts in the School of Social Sciences with a Major in Sociology and Minors in History and Latin American Studies in May of 2007. Since then I have worked for www.nola.com (the website for the major newspaper in the city of New Orleans) while also attending school at the University of New Orleans. I am currently in a Teacher Certification Program at the University of New Orleans. I am enrolled in a TEFL program in Florence, Italy in August of 2009. I want to get TEFL certified in Florence and then begin teaching English come September of 2009.
