About me

Leaving Oz on January 17th, 8 weeks skiing: Tahoe and Vail in the US and Lake Louise and Kicking Horse in the Canadian Rockies. I'm spending a week in Minneapolis to go Kite Skiing after one of my most anticipated activities: Lebowskifest in Chicago March 7, 8 & 9. Then onto the Grand Canyon by train for a few days, another train to LA and home. For a nice cup of tea... The Dude Abides....

Hope you are enjoying your last week in the US! Just for fun, I was looking up tickets to Australia for August and found a return into Melbourne for $1,100. I\'m not sure if that\'s a good deal which is obviously what I\'m looking for! I figured since you have recently done the traveling, maybe you could give me some better insight about prices and where to go for good deals on plane tickets. Yeah, I\'d say you have a pretty full itinerary ahead of you!! My sister lives in Tahoe if you ever need a place to stay! My friend and I just got back from Las Vegas!! It was my first time and we had an awesome time!!! There was a lot I didn\'t get to see so I would love to make a trip back sometime! There is too much to see and do for five days! San Fransisco (I think is where you said you were going) is one of my favorite cities in the US. There is a pretty fair amount of stuff to see and do. I\'ve never been to LA. It\'s close to Vegas... but I didn\'t get to make it this time around! Let me know how it is!! Enjoy traveling around the West!! Be safe!!! Talk to you soon.

I wish I was going to Australia at the end of April! But, just Minneapolis to start checking out apartments and interview with some schools for a job. Passing through Ohio?
