Hi! Places to visit in Latvia: Riga, Jurmala, Cesis, Sigulda, Kuldiga, Talsi...Eastern part (Latgale) also is very nice...as people in Latvia are friendly you can check www.couchsurfing.com for accomodations. Have never stayed in hotels/hostels here, that`s why have no advice, but from others have heard that Argonauts in Riga is good place to stay If you want me to show you around Riga feel free to contact me Regards, Liga
