hey, sorry for replying late. I was in Taipei around new year for a week. The water in Ken-Ting might be cold now, I don\'t think you can swim there..

It depends on what you want to do.. some people like the view of Taipei 101 top floor. some like night markets, for example Shih-Lin night market is one of the bigger ones in Taipei. There is Ken-Ding in the south of taiwan where people go for beach and markets/events. Are you travelling alone?
