Travel tip

Travel as Light as possible,Common Sense is best travel tool = its stating the obvious but if its too good to be true then it probably is, and you dont go into a ghetto in the middle of the night.

I went to Hostal Casa Vieja, in the middle of Zona Rosa... little, but clear and with a very gently stuff.. and it\'s very cheap! Getting around the city is quite easy.. to see the pyramids just take a bus in the norte station.. it\'s so easy.. don\'t spend money in stupid tours! :) Take a look at Riveira\'s murales and at palacio de la bellas artes.. they\'re amazing!

A good Hostel is the Amigo hostel, they do some realy good day trips to the Mexico city pyramids ( take a hat and lots of water) also they do a free walk around the city (I didn\'t do but wished I so had) If you want to learn how to cook Mexican food, They also do a day trip to the markets and then show you how to cook the food ( best part is eatting it) I was only in the city for a few days but there is always a toure or day trip going on. don\'t do the flower garden trip. The Zoo is really big and you could spend a day there and not see everything, Really recomend that, best of all it\'s free. be careful of where you eat as all the people in my dorme ate street food and came down with the stomache bug, so just be weary of the street stalles.

going to Mexico city? Awesome! i had really good time there! =D don\'t forget to grap some cheap but amazingly delicious street foods like tacos! and the information centers were pretty useful and easy to find! I enjoyed coyoacan area most, where Frida kahlo\'s house is. and of course, spare a day for teotihuacan. enjoy ur trip! Bon voyage!

Take the first class busses as they are safer then any other, but wear a jaket as they put the air con on full blast. try to travel at night so that you don\'t lose time. I just went where the wind blew me.
