Travel tip

So far, no tips! ( I haven't been anywhere yet.)

About me

Something of a nerd, I like history (ancient sites) and art (museums) and if the two could be combined, even better! Travelling alone for 6 weeks (who can afford to go with me?), I am a bit nervous. Any travel and safety tips? I figure I can make some friends at the mixed hostels I am staying at and perhaps a buddy to see the sites with. Thanks all!

hey friend! sorry for not answering you back earlier. well, about trinidad and tobago, there\'s no flights to, u should go to panama or caracas and take a flight from these cities, i\'m looking for more details to u; caracas is not an interesting city, anyway, if u want to go there it\'ll be easier to get in trinidad; Machu Pichu is a great deal, a very interesting trip, unforgetable, although a little rustic. u can easily get there from lima, peru; about sao paulo, when r u coming and where r u going to stay? how long do u intend to stay here? r u 2 guys or a guy and a girl? well, anything i can do for you, any doubt, be free to ask! it gonna be a pleasure to help you both somehow! c u! ps: my email is alexpagli1@hotmail.com

Hi there! This is me again. Just to say thanks for your e-mail. I have been reviewing our trip with my two colleages. We do have some places in common with you. We are expected to get to Bergama, Ephesus, Pamukkale, Olu-Deniz beach, and the Cappadocia as well. We have got to some guides on Turkey, and I swear they are really useful for the trip. Since our first time in Turkey we didn\'t stand for so long. Neither visited so many places. There is some kind of terrorism alert on these countries right now. Cross fingers nothing happens. Anyway, I hope I will be able to tell you lots about our journey when back. Maybe then I have some good advise or hint about any of the places we are staying at. To begin, to say that the Pamukkale baths seem to be dry despite the effort of the turkish tourism department to hide it. May I ask what flying airline are you coming with? We are getting there in August, so we are being a little bit sofocated. It\'s advice to visit that country ( Turkey ) the dates you are doing. Best regards, from Spain ( Barcelona ) PD Didn\'t you think of visiting Spain as well?

Hi there! Yeah. I could tell you something about Istambul. I was there last year, and I am expected to get there again next August. So we could have some information to exchange. Istambul is a nice place. And there is plenty to watch. We are three people and we are still planning for next august. What about you? Whan are you coming to Turkey? What dates? I usually travel alone. But this time I go with these two people. What have you checked already on Turkey? What places you think are the best to visit? Next message I will send you some web site addresses. Useful ones. Best regards Maurice

Hi, some informations for a good trip in Rome: you can arrive in villa d\'este (tivoli) by bus: Cotral-lines from Ponte Mammolo or anagnina to tivoli in Largo Nazioni Unite. For a trip in pompei however is necessary to go in Naples (by train) and from the central train station get an other train to pompei. Don\'t worry a lot of tourists will make your same trip. Don\'t forget if you want to enjoy in rome, in the night obviously, go in trastevere or campo dei fiori (in the center). If you want a non tourist night go in s. lorenzo (a quarter near termini). It is a university quarter and there will be lot of guys, pub and disco.. enjoy in rome
