Great town in itself and as a few day-trip from NYC. Take the greyhound-bus there for nice character, food and beer.
The staff was really nice and the place itself is pretty cosy. The only bummer about staying here is transportation, since it's located right outside of Boston so it's always a small trip til you get downtown to see what really matters. If you have no problems with that, this place is pretty chill and gets in the Boston vibe really fast.
Insider Tip:Go to Cheers, that area at night is dead on fun.
i really love this city , its so lively and so beautiful. never seen such good natural beauty anywhere. fall colors are amazing. great place to be at if you are with someone special :)
Insider Tip:try the small eating joints at newbury or near kendall square. the lesser known ones are the best usually. :) hope you have fun in this great city
Boston is a pretty good city, though as a solo traveller it is not very inclusive to that especially when dining. Unless you want fast food, most places are even reluctant to put you at the bar. The New England Aquarium is worth the trip from any part of the city as it is like no other aquarium i have ever been too. Good for small children as it is not too big, but still has a lot to see in a small area so they are entertained.
