    Loving Cologne

It is the perfect spot for a chill out break that has everything to offer. Visited the Cologne Dome, Farina Fragrance Museum, Chocolate Museum and walked on the love lock bridge.

Insider Tip:Check the times for tours especially if you are looking for English tours as they are often only available once a day to a limited number of tourists. Make advance booking. We nearly missed the fragrance museum tour.

1-2 Days is enough to explore Cologne

I spent a day in Cologne and it was enough to visit all the attractions in the City Center including shopping! The price is relative cheaper than other city in Germany. Beautiful Köln!

Insider Tip:You have to visit twice for Cologne Cathedral (Dom), Old St Albans, and Hohenzollern Bridge. You can see and feel the different view when daytime and nighttime :)

    Beer, beer , beer

Beautiful old town that can be easily explored on foot. Lots of reaturants and bars serving the traditional Kölsch beer in 0.2 Liter glasses that waitors are very quick to constantly top up.

Insider Tip:Head to the Tower across the Bridge from the trainstation, 3 euros gets you to the top for the most spectacular 360 degree view over the cityscape

Quick stop in Cologne - well worth a visit!

Only had a one night stop off in Cologne, not knowing much about the city, and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend climbing the cathedral tower, great shopping although we didn't visit for that reason, clean and safe city.

Insider Tip:Frueh an Dom for authentic dinner in a beerhall and good Kolsch!

boring city but definitely worth a day or two

Great to relax on a summer day or to see friends who live here, but there isn't a lot else going on here.

    Insider Tip:One day is enough.
