    Not much to see

Was only there for a day yet I felt like I saw everything. It really isn't a town for travelers. The duomo and the galleria were quite cool, other than that, it is not a place I would recommend going to any backpacker or traveler as there are so many more amazing places to visit in Italy.

Milano is the commercial, financial and industrial capital of Italy. It is probably the most modern place in this country, especially when it comes to infrastructure and the architecture of the buildings. It still offers several historical attractions that make it worth going there and there is many cool pubs as well as pubs that make this place attractive for people that are active during the nights.

Nice city to have some fun!

I stayed just one night in Milan, but I kinda knew the city, since I had lived there a couple of years before. I met up with some international friends of mine -also visiting just for the weekend- and brought them to "Le Colonne di San Lorenzo" and "Navigli" to have some beers and spend the evening. Great stuff!

Insider Tip:Do Not Miss: aperitivo at the "Navigli" and some chilled drinking at "Le Colonne".

    Shopping city

Very well dressed people on the streets. Public transportation is wonderful and, despite thousands, millions of tourists, the city can still handle them (much better than Venice, for example, or Rome). Lots of places to go and everything relatively close. If you like to shopping, it's the place for you.

Insider Tip:Pinacoteca de Brera is an important museum worth a visit.

    Little Milan

It is not that much to see in there, but square around the dome and shopping passage are really nice. City also looks very nice in general.
