    Bonita Porto!! Open and relaxed.

Everything is smooth and breezy in Porto. From arriving to the airport everything went easy. It is very easy to get the local experience. Everyone just respected you there were no aggressive tourist tactics. We had no guidebook and just walked around and we discovered it all by ourselves. Beautiful views, beautiful houses, in some side streets you could feel like you are in a village. Wash hanging everywhere and old ladies and gentleman having a sneak peek out the window. I love Porto!!

Insider Tip:Spend time just walking around from main to side streets. It really is about the atmosphere and being outside the whole day with some Batido (smoothies) or beer breaks of course. We found a beautiful view just getting into side streets. You really don't need to stress of missing out in Porto because just being smooth and breezy is what Porto is about.

    City With Character

Porto is a small city with tons of character, much more than Lisbon. Plenty of old buildings that are absolutely beautiful. The people are very friendly as well. There's a great art scene and a lot to do. I only had 2 days here and it wasn't enough.

Great city you can see in a day or two

Beautiful city, great to taste local Port wines and sit along the river taking in the views, but it's not too big and you won't need to spend much time here. I saw everything in a day and a half.

Insider Tip:Go to a local port wine cellar and do a tour and tasting for around 5 euros.
