Stockholm Pocket Guide

Images Of Stockholm

Built on 14 distinguishable islands, Stockholm is one of the few capitals in the world that affords visitors the opportunity to go island-hopping on a short break. Each of the Swedish capital's islands has its own attribute. Gamla Stan is one of the most charming old towns in Europe, Djurgården is at the forefront of the game in terms of museums, while Södermalm is where the Swedish capital's notoriously stylish offspring party into the early hours every weekend.

    Stockholm in June

3 days in Stockholm spent wandering the city and parks. The Gamla Stan and Skanstulls areas are well worth a look. The Djurgarden wad a lovely place to wander around and chill out for a couple of hours. We didn't make it to Fjaderholmarna (the closest Island) but it was recommended to us. The Vanadislunden park had a great view over the city. We thought Stockholm was a really pretty and lovely place to relax, wander and enjoy sunshine.

    Staff needs an attitude change

Staff was very sketch plus no one on duty at night, no drinking or any type of atmosphere. Would not recommend this place in Sweden. Has to be something bigger, better, and not angry.

    Sunny and rainy Stockholm

It was even a cooler city than i've ever excpected! Some beautifull things to see, such as the VASA museum. Most things were at walking distance. The scandinavian lands are expensive, but i thought it was more expensive then it was. So that was also positive!

    Insider Tip:VASA Museum

Very cool city, allot of historic buildings. A few good places to go out at night (get in early or you won't get in at all). Allot of beautiful people, very well dressed and very friendly. Almost all of em can speak perfect english. Pretty expensive though. I would definitely recommend this city!

Insider Tip:Vasta museum and Skansen. And the Djurgarden island in general.
