Surfers Paradise Pocket Guide

Images Of Surfers Paradise

It's gaudy, it's flashy, it's loud and it's exhausting, but above all it's great fun in the sun. This is what makes Surfer's Paradise a hugely popular stop-off backpackers exploring the east coast of Australia. Part of the country's breathtaking Gold Coast, Surfer's is party central and Australia's most popular holiday destination thanks to its seemingly never ending beaches, glorious weather, great shopping, world-class theme parks and nightlife to rival any other city in the country.

    Sunny, modern and chill

If you like long wide white beach and love to chill and do things or work out on the beach or maybe just trying to surf, you can have a good time here. It's pretty touristy even when off season tho the vibe was chill and a bit boring. Didn't go to sea world or other world that cost you a lot. For a couple of days it's very nice and you can also find good food places to eat out I'm sure. But too more will be boring coz the beach look the same every day. Very developed city beach.

Insider Tip:The surfing lessons are much cheaper than the ones on Bondi beach

Having the most incredible time in Surfers Paradise. I initially booked 3 nights and have extended for 2 weeks! Surfers is a very chilled place during the day but its mainly all about the Nightlife (which includes very good deals).

Location wasn`t that good took about 20 mins to walk into the city but they had a shuttle bus runing every hour. Friendly staff, nice pool.

    Surfers paradise lost

If you are the kind of traveller that enjoys Magaluf, Ayia Napa or any generic destination this is the place for you. Brash and commercialized, it isn't what you would call aesthetically pleasing. Come here if you want to drink and eat in Maccy Ds. Fantastic beach is its only redeeming feature

Insider Tip:Don't come here, go to Coolangatta which is about 5 miles away-looked lush. Or just spend more time in Byron on Brisbane.
