i dont know why its called surfers paradise, cause its not the perfect place to go surfing! its great fun to go out and spend the day on the beach. Its more like a town with just really big buildings. i loved it tho!

Surfer's Paradise like Miami
It seems to see Miami. Defenetly a place to see. Skyscrapers facing the beach. Everything is concentrated in the center, lots of shops, restaurants, clubs etc.. Like every place in Oz there are thousands of things to do. Must surf and enjoy the beach :D I enjoyed my time here.

Surfers Paradise review
Surfers Paradise is very.. Miami-ish, especially when you compare it to other places in Australia. It's a great town to go party and people on the street selling you tickets make sure you're aware of that! The beach is really pleasant and there is plenty of life at night too. If you have time, go to Warner Bros Movie World! It's about an hour bus ride but worth it - it's a fun little theme park.

Surfers, Gold coast
Gold coast is a very cool place, just to commercialised for its main attraction, the beach!! if you want a decent beach, hard south for about 15 mins, then take your pick, but surfers is just too populated!! fortunately the weekend i was there was schoolies, an end of year celebration for all the year 12's who have just lewft school, so 20,000 drunk half naked teenagers to deal with isnt a bad thing!!
Insider Tip:Conrad Jupiters casino!! head down the gold coast highway, and its on the right!! you cant miss it, as it looks like something that should be in Las Vegas!! but great place to visit!!

Love Surfers. It's got such a chilled out relaxed feel to it and is really like a holiday destination. Love spending days on the beach and heading for nights out with everyone.
