Jumba Hostel

Istanbul, Turkey

it's down the street from a car park so things can get a little loud on Friday and Saturday nights; that's not Jumba's fault, just a heads-up. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and the beds in the dorm were comfortable enough. Would recommend.

Saba'a Hotel

Petra, Jordan

no-frills rooms and amenities, but more than adequate given what it costs to stay here. And Gail and Ibrahim and the rest of the staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Abraham Hostel Jerusalem

Jerusalem, Israel

Can be a little noisy due to its location at the intersection of two busy streets. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, I thought it was great - a 20-minute walk to Jaffa Gate, friendly staff, cool bar and kitchen on site, and lots of planned activities available.

Bahaus Hostel

Istanbul, Turkey

Best hostel in all of Istanbul! Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome and at home from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Loved the free dinners and party atmosphere. The staff always have great tips on the best things to see and do day and night. The rooms are very comfortable and secure. I would recommend to anyone coming to Istanbul. STAY HERE!!
