The staff are nice and helpful, was in a dorm and the wood bunk beds move/squeek a bit when the other person moves around. but the 4bed dorms look very nice. nice that they give fresh towels to use. parked my car offstreet and it was safe enough that the windows were not broken. kitchen well equiped with all utensils and clean. the entertainment area is nice and spacious with multiple social spots making meetin people quite easy.

some of the front desk can be more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and smile and be more nice... the interns and the events guy are really nice.

stayed here 2 nights. not really close to city centre where everything happens...(2.8EURO each way, distance is about 20min tram ride into town) mission to climb up steep stairs with luggage since no elavator, no kitchen, nice friendly staff. bathroom was tiny, the shower basically got the toilet wet. bedrooms secure and spacious with keycard access. bed was comfortable enough, room was clean and both room and bathroom look kinda new like recently refurbished.
thank you very much for your review. Our wonderfull staff is always willing to help people that have troubles with the luggage and the stairs. Thank you for liking our comfy beds, we are quite new so everything is still fresh, we also do the best we can to keep it clean. thank you

friendly helpful staff. good location (fairly close to everything within walking distance to social areas). has kitchen but no cooker. not enough wallsockets to charge phones in room so charging of phone done downstairs. no elavator so lots of stairs and exercise (this seems common in Amsterdam). id stay here again if i visit amsterdam

Really helpful staff and well equipped excelent kitchen (with pizza grill) and cosy tv room but WTF... the dorm i was in was a 16bed and that was linked to a 12bed all sharing one bathroom that had 2 toilets and 2 showers (curtain shower)...thats ridiculous that 28people share a bathroom... free breakfast was below average for dublin...considering its flavored koolaid and bread with jam. Its not the worst hostel in the world though. Nice helpful staff that smile.

You shouldnt put staff on PMS at the counter...it sets a bad first impression. Most guys and girls behind the counter were nice & helpful. First day i stayed, oven was brken, my room sink was blocked and so was the one ensuite shower in room 114...should have 24hr response time to fixing plumbing issues... Kitchen quite a sqeeze for size of hostel. Asking for room keys and returning them each time is annoying Variety Breakfast is good and makes up for all that went wrong. Best location.

Bathrooms were clean. Showers were really tiny and room was cramped but the friendly staff and generous free breakfast made up for that easily.

Really nice hostel. Clean. Nice social area and kitchen. I was there when they had a free beer tasting from this guy called Toby. Staff really friendly too.

the hostel feels really sad. maybe because of the white florescent lights. but the rooms/bathrooms dont have much character. it feels like an office building. location is okay. staff are helpful and friendly, not much atmosphere, maybe because it was winter and hostel was quiet. i got bitten by bed bugs here so i canceled my last 2 nights. free breakfast was good and food was nice, there was cheese, salami, bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea. kitchen was cosy and well equipped.

one of the nicest hostels in Prague. i visited a few. its not in city centre but makes up for the distance with the super cool chill areas and awesome kitchen which make it really easy to meet people. staff are sooooo friendly and helpful. had a free beer tasting from Toby at the hostel (not related to name of hostel) which was nice. trams are easy to use once you figure it out. i'd definitely recommend this place
