Staff at reception were very disorganised when it came to the check in process, and seemed very preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves, rather than assisting us with our check in. Seems a bit rude to be acting in such a manner, particularly at what seemed to be a busy time of day (we arrived somewhere between 8:30-9:30). Also, we stayed in a 6-bed room. Our two beds had no nightlights, and top bunk no electricity plug, which was quite a nuisance. Staff didn't acknowledge it as a problem.

Girl at the reception was very busy doing everything else than actually assisting us with our check-in. We had to ask her the same questions several times just to get a reply. She did not offer us the free lockers for early check-in. Beds were tiny, and top bunks were like sleeping in a matchbox. Rooms were very hot. Location was brilliant, just wish that the hostel lived up to it's brilliant location. Not nearly as good as other YHA Hostels I've stayed at in the UK and abroad.

Staff were lovely, transfering us from the 10-bed room we had booked to a 6-bed room, as they thought we'd be better off not sharing the 10-bed with 8 hard-partying 18-year olds. And they didn't even charge us for it. Lovely people.
