Fattoria di Cavaglioni

This was the most authentic accommodation I think you could ask for in Tuscany. A working wine farm, in a past grand villa that still has th furniture, grandness and atmosphere of a bygone era. Absolutely loved our stay and hope we can return one day.

The staff made this hostel. It was friendly, welcoming and like a home away for home. We are older travellers and they took us in and made us part of the family. The mornings were quiet but busy, during the day there were lots of air conditioned areas to relax, if not in our immaculately clean room, then the evenings became busy and fun, while the nights were ,perfectly quiet. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

Amazing - nothing too much trouble - helped us with security, tour bookings at great prices, eat out, laundry - meet other travellers in shared family room - Vy and her parents are the ultimate hosts - can't wait to return.
