The staff of the hostel is very helpful and speak English very well. This hostel is half-hostel and half-agency. You get pretty decent rooms that are value for money (though not the best in the price range that I have found in Southest Asia), but the plus of this hostel is that they can easily arrange you a trip for wherever you want to go in Vietnam. As they work as an agency you can get a night free if you book at least two trips with them. Also, breakfast is pretty good!
The private room ensuite was very nice with a lovely balcony next to it. Definitely a Value for Money in Siem Reap, just close to the main central area of the city! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They even help you in booking a taxi to Angkor City or a guide to explore the temples, but not at the cheapest price in town, keep that in mind if you have a tight budget!
Considering the price, the facilities have room for improvement. Things such as a fridge in the room were common in other rooms in Bangkok and Southest Asia and towels were not given to customers. Also, the hostel being next to a train station and a main street, it's very very noisy. Not recommended for people with a light sleep...
Lovely guesthouse with lovely private rooms. Though not the best location if you really want to stay in the centre of Chiang Mai (but you can perfectly walk to the enter / 10 to 15 minutes), this hostel is well worth its money. It has a chill out vibe, it is very clean and the owner is a really nice guy who will help you in planning your days in the city and around. For an extra 100 baht you can also have a nice and fresh breakfast there. The owner's wife also has a spa saloon next to it!
