Lovely location, and very friendly owners. We had the privacy of our own room with ensuite kitchen (stove, microwave, sink, pots, cutlery, kettle, etc) and balcony overlooking the main street in Vernazza. Suitable for couples, singles, or friends/family who are willing to share the large bed (with extra blankets). WiFi wasn't available. Enjoyed the relaxing outdoors and a book instead. The owner has very limited English and French, but her son is much more fluent. Would stay here again!

The couple who own the hostel are extremely helpful and friendly. The day lounge is a comfortable environment for meeting other travelers. The owner helped with booking tours, hostels, etc, as well as allowing us to print tickets and give us full access to the kitchen and computer facilities. We were on a first name basis with the owner and other tenants, and I never felt uncomfortable leaving my stuff unattended in the hostel. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Mabri, one of the owners, provides very good suggestions for your stay in Rome. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the location is very close to the Roma Termini train station. The hostel can be a bit tricky to find. Email communications are handled poorly and should be sent with more respect to privacy. (Current procedure visibly addresses all tenants on the TO line rather than using BCC to hide email addresses) Would recommend again if you want a quiet place to stay.
