It is set up like an eastern Europe hostel. Multiple levels that use to be individual apartments. The wifi didn't work in the room we had, and the shower needed a new head. The free wine every night was really nice and it brought people out of their rooms so it was a good meeting opportunity.
Pretty good large hostel. The location is not terrible because there are ferries that run 24/7, but it is not great. Very clean and new. Nice beds with personal light and power point.
Pretty good large hostel. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great. Nice roof top bar. I would stay there again.
Probably the best large hostel I have stayed at. It is really hard for everything to work with so many beds, but they pulled it off quite well. There is a good walking tour that leaves from the reception area. Great location within walking distance from the train and bus station.
Good beds, hot shower, and clean bathrooms. The internet wasn't the best and they don't really have a common room, just a cafe/bar area. Breakfast was expensive.
What is there to say, it is simply the best. I wish I could give higher than 100% on several categories. Free breakfast and dinner, and not some simple shabby thing but meats, cheeses, salads, fresh fruit, crepes, and FREE alcohol! Free shots every night in the common room also. Very comfortable beds, personal lights and power points, lockers, insanely clean, and the staff were nice but not fake. It felt very cozy. Highly highly recommended.
Big 8 share dorm with nice lockers. Good pub downstairs that was busy every night, but it never got to loud to sleep. It is actually a stop on one of the pub crawls.
Usually hostels have one staff member that is really good and other ones are so so, but this is one of the few hostels where all the staff are top notch . Really lived up to its name, very cozy, laid back with good music playing. Highly Recommended
Nice beds, clean, personal light and power point, hot shower. Restaurants near by and friendly staff. Recommended
Just a great place! A good location a little away from the annoying hawkers around Kuta. Mart down the street with all the food and Bintang you need. The FREE motorcycle will take you almost anywhere on the island quickly. The manager Puta and the other staff were awesome, very nice and helpful with anything one needed. Highly recommend.
Great location, and very clean. Like most SE Asia hostels they want you to put the toilet paper in the trash bin, but they never cleaned it. Staff was indifferent. Still a good place to stay.
A Thai standard hostel in the Philippines, didn't know they existed! Hot showers, aircon, free simple breakfast, kitchen, and BYOB. Laundry and a supermarket around the corner, what else can you ask for? Highly Recommended
An all around great place. The owner and staff were very friendly. 1 minute walk to the beach. Desktop, pooltable, and food in the common area. Have their own generator so no need to worry about the power. Good place to meet people as well. Highly recommend.
Good location near the LRT. Best for people on a limited budget. Had to wait outside over 10 minutes every time I came back to the hostel.
The staff are amazing. Nice hang out area with two good free computers. No lockers in the dorms, only at the front is my only issue. Recommended

This place is a hotel, not a hostel. It is a bit more expensive, but you get some hotel features like wifi in rooms and toiletries. Not a bad place, just expensive for a backpacker.
The staff were really great. The wifi was really good, but the showers need some work. The room was hot, and they put someone in my bed one night, and wanted me to move! Otherwise it was a good place, would stay there again.
Absolutely fantastic hostel. Nice pool, great wifi, cinema, free pool table, pretty good staff, and a good location.
Great staff, nice coffee shop, and near but not to close to all the tourist areas.
Nice location near the skytrain. They let you buy your own alcohol and use the rooftop patio which was nice. Strange smell in the stairs, but overall good. Recommended.
Good location, very clean, and the staff were very helpful. Kind of cramped in the dorms and toilets.
Excellent hostel. Great location with a self serve laundry mat right around the corner, grocery store down the street, several ATMs close by, and very near long street. The kitchen is the best I have ever seen at a hostel. The owner Steven and manager Wayne were great, they did everything they could to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Highly Recommended.
Very friendly staff, and a really good breakfast. Great hot shower.
Nice place, staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit out of town, but there isn't much to do in Moshi anyway. Recommended
Very friendly staff, great location, great breakfast, great rooms... We enjoyed our stay in Bahaus Hostel!
Great location, and really nice staff. Pretty good breakfast. Recommended
No bar, no restaurant, and it was hard to communicate with the staff . Only had hot water one of the two nights, and the place was empty the whole time.
CONS:It just had a weird vibe to the place, didn't sell beer, weren't really helpful with tours, and the location was not good. PROS It did have hot showers, clean beds, and set up a cab from the airport.
The hostel is good all around, but it is May and the other staff that put this hostel above the rest.
