A clean no thrills hostel. By world standards this one is pretty awful. The owners have gone to IKEA and do not know how to make a hostel beyond its basic functions. YHA typically hosts families anyway so its more of a basic 2 star hotel. Its ok but you will get bored and Canberra is not the most exciting city. Still the people are very nice :)
Really nice place, owner is a fantastic guy. No issues really, but the long term stayers who live there are very clicky. Maybe could organize some evening events.
Amazing, best hostel in 4 years of travelling 40 countries, Russia surprised me again :) They really have thought of everything imaginable. Take care reception girls!
Really cool place. awesome view, lots of character. mostly Russians in this off season all sociable. very relaxed place really
awesome hostel, fun staff, nice breakfast with cake. a good place to chill out and do nothing or loads of hikes in the mountains.
It was an ok place to stay but i think lacked a bit of atmosphere or vibe, could have been the jetlag and location is very quite.
Great staff, very homely feel, definitely nice in the middle of a siberian winter. Russia comes alive in winter I feel, far more to see and exciting in this more extreme season, fascinating for sure!
Very nice place, ask them to fill the spa and order a few drinks, add a good mix of woman and youll have a good time :)
Nice place overall but I thought the only toilet and shower wasn't the best. other than that it was ok very relaxed. good mix of ppl but a very transient place as you'lld expect for a stopover destination.
Overall a very nice hostel, most of the staff were good but one or 2 didnt know what they were doing. lots of waiting for the single lift but thats norm for hk i think. great experience overall.
Rooms were nice, and its definitely good value. Showers are a bit poor and broken, but it seems this is normal for Egypt. The staff were nice enough, however i would recommend booking things yourself in Egypt, i feel you get much better value for money, this goes for all hotels etc in Egypt, just DIY and youll get a far better deal.
full of young 18yo who are hmm... Amsterdam go figure. If you want to see Holland, go to Delft or Den Hague, much nicer.

This is why I love hostels, the welcome I received was amazing and makes such a difference, it was immediately like being introduced into the family and the casual atmosphere, it felt like proper real Spain avoiding the tourist traps. One of the best hostels I have stayed at :)
Very nice place, located in an odd backstreet that looks a bit ghetto ish but still close to town. Everyone was really nice, and for some reason there was a large German contingent. Good fun!
