Great hostel. Dorm was good, had power outlets and shelf in bed for your stuff. Breakfast in the morning was basic but had nice fresh bread and coffee. Staff were great, David helped us with making bookings and gave us lots of information on check in. The location is very safe and very close to shops, restaurants etc. + there is a great cafe 30sec walk from hostel. Was quiet when we were there but made it nice to watch a DVD and have a beer.
Cool hostel, with hotel facilities. Pool was great, slack line across it even better. It was raining when we were there so couldn't make the most of everything on offer. Dorm was nice, only problem was the lockers were in the bathroom...? So if you need your cash or anything else in your locker you may have to wait. Food was good, shops only a 2min walk if you want to eat elsewhere. This hostel looked better than the other one in town with similar name.
Great hostel, awesome staff, delicious breakfast. Estaban at reception was awesome, took us climbing at the strangler tree, full of information and very friendly too. Chilled vibe going on, close to shops. Note, as hostel is all wooden you can hear your neighbours so bring ear plugs.
Good hostel, quick walk to shops and town. Lots of places to relax. New buildings are nice. Good kitchen too.
Good hostel, ideal location. Nice pool to cool down in and a good breakfast in the morning. Not a party place but still nice to chill and have a beer before heading out.
Ok hostel to start your Nicaragua trip. The guy who checked us in wasn't really interested but the evening guy seemed a lot better. Only two bathrooms for all the dorms it seemed. Be prepared to wait a while.... Big shopping mall is a 5min walk so very handy. Close to bus stop to granda too.
Isle mujeres is an awesome place and poc na is the ideal place to stay. This is a very large hostel and the beach bar is open to the public at night so it gets a lot of people, not just guests. But be prepared for a late night, didn't get good until after 1am. My main negative of the place is the dorms, ours was tiny for a 6 bed, and really hot. Though there was a lot of fans unlike other hostels I have stayed in. But it was the middle of summer. Lots of great food nearby.
Awesome hostel, great location, staff, dorms, bar and other guests! When I did make it to breakfast that was really good too. Great place to have some drinks before you go out and was able to have a sleep in too as pretty much everyone goes out at night in playa. I couldn't find any faults with this hostel.
Hostel is located at end of main road between town and beach, so perfect for both. Biking to beach was easy and flat. Dorms were nice n spacious. My main fault was the security, as the upstairs bar is open to the public, people walk right past all the hostel rooms at night, no security. Nothing went wrong but you hope you have good room mates who ensure they keep you dorm room closed and locked.
Good location, everything right at your doorstep. Pros: location, breakfast (eggs, toast, cereal, every fruit you could want, yogurt, beans, the list goes on!) very good. In house tour guide Cons: men's bathroom, shower curtains for toilet doors, why? No aircon. All around a good hostel, no air con and quite an open place meant mo sleep ins however...
Nice chill hostel, easy walking distance to zocalo and shops etc. breakfast was really good, eggs, toast, fruits. Good place to relax and get a good nights sleep.
Good hostel with good food. Easy walk to bars and beach. Taxis super quick to get further afield. Movie night was good after a big night the night before.
Good hostel. Rooms advertised as ensuite but not really true as other rooms all share the same bathrooms. Good outdoor bar area to meet new people. 10min walk to beach n shops is nice and easy. Breakfast is just cereal n some oranges, very basic. Some toast would be nice.
Great hostel, perfect location. Staff were very helpful! Can't really complain.
Good place, nice roof top bar
