Samesun Venice Beach

Good hostel in great spot on Venice beach. Cheap food and drinks nearby. Hostel was basic and common room was big enough for a dozen or so people. Was odd I had to pay for a towel ($2) which was tiny and basic... Instead of renting... And then at the end of my stay I handed it back for no refund ...?! Only 4 shared showers also - which included the toilet ... So had to wait. Otherwise great hostel ... Perfect for my one night stopover. Venice Beach amazing..

Great hostel in central location. The bathrooms and showers are adequate and the restaurant and bar on site are great. Only thing was that the bar was right under our room so you could hear the people outside drinking until the early hours. But other than that, It was great. And a beautiful city.

Awesome hostel near centre of Reykjavik. Large bar and lobby are welcoming and the rooms are spacious. Showers were brilliant as we're all separate. Kitchens equipped with necessities. Location was great near centre of Reykjavik, and close to bus station and supermarket. The staff were very helpful and I would definitely stay here again. Awesome view of the sea and mountains from the hostel also.

Old Town Hostel Kotor

Kotor, Montenegro

Hostel is brilliant, great vibe, staff are friendly Free rakia shots in the common area at night, and good pub crawls they lead into. The staff organise tours of the Montenegrin countryside which is helpful, and our tour ended up at the drivers families home for a few drinks more. The rooms are adequate and clean, and perfectly located in the old town. Except there is a crazy lady next door who'll chuck a (small patheticly sized) bucket of water if you're loud drinking outside in the evening.

This hostel was awesome, right in the old town, close to bars and restaurants and the rooms were a good size and not over crowded. All of the staff were very helpful and knew everything about the city and onward travel, and the lobby had a great vibe and was easy to meet others. Wifi worked throughout. Great time and would def stay here again.

this hostel has potential, but maybe we were just there at the wrong time of year, it definitely did not have a party atmosphere, more of a hungover atmosphere! heating wasnt working, bathrooms were dirty and smelled. Although I do thank the staff for giving us access to the private rooms for hot showers. The heating didn't work either which was a bit of a let down. Although hostel in perfect location, close to old town, bars, shopping and metro.

Thank you Aaron for your feedback. Our location is indeed as good as it gets. We are very sorry for the heating problems that we had during your stay here and that it could not be fixed quickly enough so that you could have enjoyed your stay here more. Too bad you missed the party atmosphere of the very first X Pub Crawl of the year which happened just a while after you checking out. You caught the last days of low season, so we will be waiting for you during summer time when the party never stops. If you decide to come back, we will be waiting for you with a cold beer on the house!

great cosy hostel, and the staff were wonderful, only downside was not much of a common area and the bathrooms need some work. rooms wee great and not too many beds, plus we had the room to ourselves. the staff are very helpful and know lots about onward travel connections and what to do in the city, will def stay again if back in Sofia.

great hostel near the city centre and right near the central rail / bus station. the staff were helpful with onward travel details and also things to do in the city, and a great breakfast was on offer for us. the hostel has a cosy feel with snacks on the table to enjoy whenever, the only downside was the one bathroom situation, as sometimes they were both occupied. overall a great base in Skopje.

TNT Hostel Moscow

Location of this hostel was perfect, right in the middle of Moscow, however the hostel let itself down due to the fact that its more like a flat, than a hostel. It's very small and only has 1 shower, and 2 toilets. I was woken most nights due to other noisy guests, coming in at stupid hours and cooking in our dorm. The staff are helpful with directions and places to eat. It's hard to find as there are no signs outside the building. To be fair, its perfect for somewhere just to sleep and shower.

This must be the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect and close to everything. The staff were very helpful and happy to go above and beyond to help with things. The rooms were brilliant also, and plenty of storage space.

this hostel is a joke, half of the computers dont work, the tv doesnt work, the wifi doesnt exist, and the staff are full of excuses. someone took my linen half way through my stay. its not as central as other hostels in the city and its location is down a dark alley waz where there were people loitering all the time. the only good thing was the rate of 2,70eur we got.

Thanks for rating and taking the time for the feedback. Unfortunatelly problems like the one with the sink happen and sometimes things break and need to be repared, but as you have experienced it: our staff is quick about fixing everything and making your stay as confortable as possible.

Plug-Inn Boutique Hostel

Hostel was good for what we needed, a new years place to crash. There wasnt much of a atmosphere in the lobby/reception as the hostel does not have a bar, and the computers always had people on them. Breakfast was ok, although sometimes felt cramped in the basement where they serve it if more than 5 people were in there. Watch you dont hit your head on the stairs either. Close to metro stops though and we thought good value for money over new years. would deff stay here again.

This hostel was a ok location, right between the airport and leaning tower. Althogh not many places to eat nearby and the supermarket is somewhat a mish to get too. The hostel was all i needed, a place to crash and sleep and this it offered. They did offer a free dinner with any drinks you brought from their bar, which i can only assume was to make the place more fun, but for the 10 of us in the lounge, it was still a bit boring. Otherwise it was ok. They did have computers with free wifi.

Hostel atmosphere in the lobby was great although although seemed a bit cramped as we headed upstairs and didn't like how the showers lasted all of 30seconds and the water didnt drain. Great location in the centre of town and the staff always had time for a laugh. Is a bit rowdy at night with the bars next door.
