Happy Hammock Eco

Amazing location right out on the peninsula, perfect for just getting away from it all. Nearby beach is absolutely beautiful and if you get over there early enough absolutely deserted. This is definitely a different experience from your usual hostel, because of the remote nature of the place it becomes a much more communal experience with your fellow guests and hosts, which in our experience was great. Do be aware that you really are limited on electricity time so be prepared!

Amazing views from this hostel, either from the roof terrace, or if you're lucky enough to get one of the two rooms that share the 1st floor balcony, from the hammocks that you'll transfer yourself to on waking up in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff with a really great atmosphere. Great breakfasts as well, worth getting up early to get the cake while it's still warm!

Biergarten Hostel

Really nice hostel with very friendly staff. Tucked out the way on a back street so you're not going to get a sea view but it means you're paying less for it and it's still central enough to get to anywhere in Vila do Abraao.
