Good location and affordable hostel in Miami. We were happy here for 5 nights, thought there definitely could be improvements. There is only one single toilet outside of the in room bathrooms. Definitely more needed. The staff were mostly unhelpful and disinterested. We witnessed many arguements between the staff and guests. There was one helpful staff member on our last day but generally speaking, don't expect anything from them. The included breakfast was a nice addition for the cheap price.

Hacia El Sur - Casa Hostal

Antigua, Guatemala

This is an excellent hostel and I wouldn't look anywhere else. We stayed here on both of our visits to Antigua and will stay again next time. We have stayed in the private room, 3, 4 and 5 bed dorms and all were great. The staff work extremely hard and help with anything you need. My boyfriend was sick one of the days we stayed here and the manager went out of his way to help us find a doctor and make sure we were ok. The breakfast is excellent, and the garden is great. It's clean and good wifi

Mr. Mullet's

Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

We were wary about staying in a 'party hostel' but mr. Mullets was excellent. Perfect location, clean, safe, great large lockers and good wifi. Great atmosphere. Excellent staff. We loved our stay here. The only thing we didn't like was the bathrooms, with toilets next to the showers. Otherwise, even for us who weren't there to party, it was excellent.

Firstly, this is a hotel, not a hostel. I'm unsure how it is listed as a hostel. As a hotel, it is excellent. Clean, safe, all the facilities required. Hot water, spacious, good breakfast.

I wouldn't look any further than this hostel. It is an absolute haven. Chilled, safe, clean, couldn't ask for much more. Excellent breakfast included, good wifi in the common area, clean rooms and bathroom. Neil is the perfect host, having information for everything you could need. He and his family are incredibly generous and caring. Met some great people and loved our time in Flores, this is the perfect place to stay.

This is a hotel not a hostel. Great place, very clean, good value for money. Only issue was the location. We went walking around but this area does not feel safe, even during the day. The lady was helpful. Good service with order in food available as you don't want to be walking around at night to find food. It's a shame it's not closer to the center, otherwise good.

Excellent hostel. Really more like a hotel. Good location, extremely clean, good wifi, hammocks, free coffee at breakfast. The only thing was that the bed were awful. Perhaps to ensure cleanliness and no bedbugs? It felt like the mattress was covered in plastic or paper? Horribly uncomfortable.mno English speaking staff, however we got by just fine. Other than the beds, excellent.

Cute little hostel in a great location. Damien is very helpful. Internet went down a few times and the bathrooms needed a good scrub, but otherwise we were happy. Basic breakfast, nice atmosphere. We booked 2 nights, stayed 5 and would probably stay here again. Thanks!

Good little hostel, great value for money. Nice rooms, good common area. Kitchen was a disaster, though I've come to see this is fairly standard for Morocco. No wifi. Friendly helpful staff. A little hard to find and the street is a bit out of the way, not great for coming back at night in the dark.

Good hostel in a great location. Rooms were clean, bathroom and kitchen were fairly disgusting, but could be worse. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of travelers or meet with the cheap price point. Would probably stay again.

Excellent hostel. Difficult to find, even though the directions are quite good. This is mostly the case in every moroccan city. Very helpful and staff. Great breakfast, very clean, met great people. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. The room was clean and good value for money. Basic but fine. When I arrived they didn't have a record of my reservation so I had to wait a while to check in. Room was clean but stunk of cigarettes, I don think the extra pillows or blankets has been washed. My clothes stunk of cigarettes after sleeping with the blankets. Wifi is good but only in reception so you have to sit there to use it. Would be better if it were through out. Good location and value for money.

Great hostel. I have stayed in Malaga before and usually in the city centre. I much preferred stay on the beach this time. The hostel is in an excellent location and offered everything. There are no locks on the doors but everything felt safe. There are lockers available. There's breakfast and dinner included at this time of the year. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and very clean. I really enjoyed the melting pot. Would definitely stay again.

Great hostel with anything you could need. Good location, close the the city centre and the bus station. Lots of activities and a good outdoor terrace to meet people. Good clean bathrooms and rooms. Great usable kitchen with lots of fridge space. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Only thing I didn't like is the size. Enormous hostel, felt more like a hotel with all the rooms.

Feel Hostels City Center

Malaga, Spain
74%

This hostel was fine for the price. Rooms were a bit small and cramped with luggage, though under bed lockers were good. Wifi doesn't reach the rooms or even the common 'hang out room'. The common area is a dark room with some couches and computers but no wifi. Breakfast was standard and basic. The locks on all the showers were broken on my floor so had to shower with the door open.. Fine as a stop over in Malaga.

Hostel New York

Barcelona, Spain
83%

Basic hostel but everything you need. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the beach. Cleaned daily, though someone cut their hair in the showers the first day I got here and there was still hair lying around the day I left, 6 days later. Atmosphere was average, there isn't really a common area, and with the internet only available downstairs, everyone sits in reception or in the dining hall. Not great for meeting people, as a solo traveler. Good security, excellent location, good kitchen.

St Christopher's Barcelona

As with all St Christopher's, you know what to expect. Excellent hostel, with all the required facilities. Curtains across the beds, plugs in all beds, large cages for bags. Good atmosphere, easy to meet people. Good location and easy to find, 2 mins walk from the airport bus. The only problem is that it's miles away from the beach, if that what you want to do. A good 45+ minute walk.

Smart Camden Hostel

Good hostel in a good Camden location. Very clean as cleaners are constantly cleaning, every day, morning and night. Good sized lockers under beds, cost to use, but very safe with electronic entry. Everyone in the hostel was very respectful and friendly. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Wifi doesn't work in the whole building, only the lower few floors but still good connection.

This is an excellent hostel, right in the heart of Camden town. As always with the st Christopher's hostels, all amenities were good. Clean showers, extra toilets on the floor. Staff are good. The bar quickly becomes the common area, easy to meet people. Large lockers under the beds, as always, secure and happy to stay at st Christopher's.

Nice casual outdoor terrace to meet other travelers. Not intimidating like some bars. Friendly and helpful staff. I struggled to find the hostel, up an alley, but nice you find the newsstand it's ok. No boozing as the name suggests, the hostel is in a residential area so there was quiet after 10 but this suited me well.
