The beds are really good for being a hostel. You also get breakfast, not that common, even if its poor.
Hotel Ennasma is located in an area in obviously decline, something that gives you possibility to meet working class peolpe in pubs and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast with a lots of sweets (typical arabic). Service is lacking, got a towel first on my second day.
I liked the the location closed to Roma Termini. The room was clean and quiet. I got a en suite room without paying for it. Under 25 euro incl. city tax is sensationell.
Perfect location and easy to find. Good value for money.
My room was very spacious with nice furniture and balcony. Very clean and well kept. Giulia is a lovely woman and takes good care of you. Fantastic value for money! Michael/Sweden
Zen House is my favourite B&B. Giacomo makes this place your home whoever you are. Travelling by myself I can´t get anything close to this wonderful accomodation anythere in Rome at the same price level. Giacomo rocks! /Michael
It was really hard to get a good nights sleep than people were coming and going all night and isolation against the corridor did not exist. Linen were impossible to fix to the matless so after a while you ended up laying directly on the bed itself. Shower and toilets in poor condition.
With only three rooms you get a very intimate atmosphere. Chaterine, the lovely young woman who runs this B&B, does her very best to make you feel at home and gives you valuable advices. My room was spacious with fresh flowers and a comfortable bed. Chaterine makes the breakfast bread by herself and you can eat outside on the balcony if you like to. There is 4 buses to choose between if you don´t prefer walking to City Centre.
I liked the limited number of rooms that makes you feel more like at home. Jessica and her husband made their very best to help me out including driving me from and back to the station. Both room and bed are very comfortable. Walking to the Old Town (15 min) is not to recommend considering your safety (heavy traffic and partly no walking paths) but buss nr 15 takes you there every 20 minute. Old Town itself is a real pearl!
The owner, Giacomo, is a wonderful, warmhearted person who allways try to do his best for all guests which create a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are clean and cosy. With two spacious bathrooms and only seven beds you almost never have to wait for your turn. Breakfast include the most of what you might expect. You will hardly find more value for money anywhere else in Rome. Michael, Sweden
