Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Wifi is in the lobby.
What a delightful place to stay! Rooms are amazing! You have to pay for wifi though and only in lobby and on first terrace.
Found the staff a little unfriendly...other than that great spot!!
Ok hostel, a bit out of the way. We did a tour through them and pleased with that. Food is very mediocre. Our major complaint was we booked a 7 hour bus trip through this guest house and were put on the grubbiest, most decrepided bus we have ever experienced and we have travelled in many countries. The bus was unsafe for anyone to be on. We sent them an email and they were going to check into this.

Staff is excellent here...rooms are great although a little expensive. My only complaint would be the extremely poor wifi. Make it stronger and it would be amazing. Very quiet, comfortable and mostly hot water.
Great, big kitchen for guest use. We barely saw the fella working there, but he gave us an excellent map of Otavalo. This building is gorgeous but in pretty shabby condition. Room never cleaned, had to hunt down staff to get TP. Lots of DVD's for use. Noisy traffic.
Staff not friendly at all, gobs of mosquitoes in the room with small net that barely covers the bed. Rooms are small and not well made and it is super noisy as mostly made of 1/8" plywood - walls and floor. We had booked three nights stayed 2 and got out!!
Although English is spoken here, we found this place to be very rundown, rooms are dark and extremely tiny. Something fell under the bed and it was so dusty! We were told by one person that things were available when the next person told us they weren't available.
We stayed in the east yard which is very nice. Ver friendly, and helpful staff. Close to bus stop, metro stations and main street with some good restaurants.
