Really nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Would have been nice to have lockers in the dorm rooms (something big enough for a laptop), but there were small, free combination safes in the lobby. The location is good - close to a main metro station and felt pretty safe. It's a bit expensive for a hostel, but if you want a cheap hotel the private double room is really good value for money.

The one staff member I dealt with was lovely - but he was a 15min walk away at the other hostel. Most of the time there was nobody to help you if you had any problems. The location was great for seeing the sights, but VERY noisy at night (loud music coming from a nearby bar) and very touristy. The wifi didn't work most of the time. It was clean and the lockers in the room were nice and big.
Large and impersonal but the staff are very nice and professional. Clean, safe and a decent price for the location!
Great location for Dover Castle and the white cliffs, staff were really nice and laid back and will help you out if you need anything (if a little hard to find when you need them!) The kitchen is very small (they explained that they have plans to make improvements in this area) and not that clean so don't expect to do too much cooking, but it has the essentials and everything you need to make tea, coffee and toast whenever you want.
Large, well-equipped kitchen, friendly staff (with good suggestions for walking trails), lovely location (bit of a walk from the train station if you don't have a car).
