Lovely hostess, nice and quiet atmosphere...perfect if you're looking for somewhere chilled to stay.
The staff were lovely and very helpful (especially the young guy behind the desk) however the building is graffiti-ridden with holes in the floor, smashed glasses the length of the elevator shaft and an extremely basic bathroom in our room. That being said the bedrooms were quite nice and clean.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. Our room was very clean and well ventilated. Also the staff were extremely helpful especially the woman with the glasses (Im afraid I didnt get her name) and would therefore happily recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. Very reasonable price too and a great place for booking a day trip to Auschwitz.
