Great location between Hyde and Regent Park and great price. Very secure property with key card access to upstairs rooms and individual rooms. Ideal place to stay for exploring the city.

Really nice owners who live a few floors below. Hostel was cleaned every day. There’s a nice communal area and a small kitchen. A little bit out of the centre but easy enough to walk

Very good little hostel in the heart of Havana but away from the old town which I found nice! Friendly owners. Nice roof terrace with hammocks.

Good hostel for the price. It's in the basement of Amigo Hostel. Very basic but there's a well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom is clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location a short walk from metro station, bus stop for airport bus and central stadium for those taking a day trip to the Charyn Canyon.

Good location right in the tourist area but away from the noise of the streets. Comfortable room and ok facilities. Not the most sociable place to stay but great for chilling out whilst exploring Udaipur

Great backpacker hostel in a convenient location. It's close to a metro stop and the railway station while avoiding the noise and pollution of the main roads. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Well-equipped kitchen and good breakfast every morning. Comfortable dorm beds and bathrooms with hot water.

The homestay is run by a very nice family. They fed me Indian breakfast with black tea when I arrived and were very helpful in pointing out the sights at Fort Cochi as well as train times. The homestay is off the main roads so noise from traffic is at a minimum. The rooms are simple but clean. There's a good little kitchen area if you want to cook or make drinks. Good wifi. Great value for money!!

Brilliant budget option in Tivat! Staff are really friendly and easy to get on with. Fantastic location set back from the town centre but only a 5 minute walk into the main area. The airport is a 10 minute taxi ride away and the bus station is even closer. Great base for getting to Kotor further round the bay. The hostel provides breakfast and there is a well-equipped kitchen.

Incredible value hotel right in the heart of downtown Cairo. On the sixth floor of a non-description building but a really friendly and comfortable place to stay. Perfect for sightseeing being only a 5-10 minute walk from the main Tahrir Square, the Egyptian Museum, and metro stop for getting to Coptic Cairo and the Pyramids. They serve a pretty decent breakfast and there's a small kitchen if you want to cook. The dorm beds are so comfortable. Good wifi in communal area.

Very quirky accommodation in Salvador's historic centre. It's a cultural centre as well as a hostel. Great price! Good wifi and nice airy dorm in very hot weather. Kitchen a little untidy people using it didn't wash up after themselves but well-equipped. Location good with excellent connections to and from the airport and bus terminal. Area not the safest at night but usual common sense approach applies.
Thanks a lot! soon we are finishing some Works here, the next time for sure it will be better.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at during my travels in South America. Great location less than a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and the nearest supermarket. Very friendly and welcoming staff who provided all the info I needed about both sides of the Iguazu Falls. Well-equipped kitchen which was cleaned regularly. Very comfortable dorm with air con and beds made every day with fresh towels!! Highly recommended if you're planning to spend a few days here.

Great chilled out hostel in the centre of Buenos Aires. Really close to the main avenue as well as metro stops for getting to and from the bus terminal. Really close to the ferry terminals as well. Great staff who organise various things at night to make everyone feel welcome. Comfortable dorms although WIFI virtually non-existent in them. Good WIFI in the communal areas though. Well-equipped kitchen.

Great hostel in a really good location in the centre and only a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal. Staff are friendly and help with anything. Well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable communal area with cable TV. Dorms pretty comfortable and bathrooms clean with hot water at all times.

Great location right near the centre and a 10-16 minute walk from the bus terminal. Good wifi throughout. Decent breakfast and kitchen facilities. Toilet and shower in each dorm although sometimes have to wait a while to get in. Comfortable communal area.

Great location just outside the centre but within walking distance. About a 20-30 minute walk to the bus terminal but an easy route. Dorm beds are comfortable and wifi is strong throughout the hostel. Kitchen not amazingly equipped but more than enough.

Great hostel for the price. A little out of the centre but still only a 15-20 minute walk. Great wifi in the communal area but a little weak in the dorms. Well-equipped kitchen and very clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff.

Good hostel near to the coast but away from the busy main roads. About a 20-25 minute from the bus terminal. Comfortable beds in the dorms. Great wifi throughout the hostel and a laptop for communal use. Good breakfast. Hot showers. Friendly staff who can help with anything.

Brilliant budget hostel for those heading into the Atacama Desert. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre and very close to attractions like Valle de la Luna. Lovely hot showers and comfortable dorm beds. Wifi not always strong but you're in the desert so can't expect this! Very friendly owner. Small but well-equipped kitchen.

Very good hostel for visiting Arica. Although a little way out of the centre, it is very close to both the international and national bus terminals. Great wifi in both the rooms and communal areas. Showers not always hot but given that they use solar power this is understandable. Breakfast small but very nice.

Great hostel for the price! Although set back away from Lake Titicaca, it's in a safe part of town and away from the noise of the centre. It's also only about a 10-15 minute walk to the lake. Basic breakfast but definitely enough. Comfortable dorm beds with great wifi in the rooms. Small but well-equipped kitchen.

Very good hostel to use as a base for visiting Machu Picchu. Located away from excess noise in Aguas Calientes but the town is small enough to easily reach the train station, buses, start of MP hiking trail very quickly. Basic breakfast but did the job and is served from 4:30 for those making the early start to MP. Very pleasant staff who remember names which is always nice! Comfortable dorm beds.

Great location right on the central square near restaurants and buses for Machu Picchu and Cusco. Staff friendly and helpful with information on transport and sights. Wifi not amazing and virtually non-existent in the dorms. Breakfast basic but welcoming. Communal areas cleaned regularly. Overall a very good place to stay if you're thinking of spending a couple of nights in Ollantaytambo.

Great hostel located a few minutes walk from the coast. Brilliant wifi in the communal areas but slow/not working in the dorms. Breakfast basic but was enough for me. Well-equipped kitchen with storage space. Loved having access to tea and coffee all the time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floors rather dirty but given there's only a couple of shared showers between everyone this is understandable. Could do with an extra bathroom? Overall a really comfortable place to stay!

Probably the best budget option in Latacunga. The hostel offers a range of reasonably priced trips. Comfortable dorm beds and good wifi. Roof area great for chilling out. Great base for getting to Cotopaxi or the Quilotoa Loop.

Good hostel as a base for getting to the Quilotoa Loop and Cotopaxi and they provide a convenient bag drop. Bathroom on first floor being renovated when I stayed there so only two toilets for the whole hostel. Good kitchen.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant hostel! Where to start: great wifi throughout, well equipped kitchen, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean bathrooms and dorm, TV to watch the football, good location near the historic centre and transport links, secure property with lockers in the dorms. Highly recommended!

Brilliant value for money ($6 for a dorm bed). Really good location right on the Plaza de Los Ponchos. Well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. However bathrooms very dirty and don't seem to be cleaned regularly. No lockers on dorm, although there is a safe deposit box at reception.
Thanks for your comment, in the past we cleaned once a day now improving the frequency to three times a day

Great backpacker hostel with a really good chilled out vibe. They have a pool, bar, restaurant and pool table along with a kitchen for budget travellers. All this for a ridiculously cheap price! Great location for visiting Tayrona. Enjoyed my stay very much!

Great hostel in Santa Marta. There's not much to do in the city itself but the hostel is fantastic for chilling out in the pool or hammocks. There's also a great atmosphere there with fellow travellers. Great base for going to/coming from Tayrona National Park.

Great location and value for money. Slight issue with not much water for showers on the day we were leaving but still useable. Staff were happy to help with anything and organised a taxi for us to get back to the airport.
