Hi, Thank you for asking. Two days before arrival, I received an email telling me that as I didn't call the hotel within 48 hours after the booking, my reservation was cancelled. I never received such instruction in any email and the hotel took more than 48 hours to notify me (and they did once the room has been attributed). Thanks to them, I was in a very difficult situation as I had to find a room available one day before arriving on Portsmouth (less room and the price were higher as well).

Piscine sale et chambres qui sentent mauvais. Aucune ambiance. A eviter de toute urgence.
