I messed up with the booking, but the hostel helped me sort it out. The hostel is centrally located. Check-in was a bit slow, and room was not available until 3pm.
Staff was all nice, but only a few could speak english. Very nice place to stay.
A nice place to stay. Will definitely come back next time.
A convenient place to stay.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative.
It met my expectations. Staff was friendly & efficient. A bit far from the center (~ 10 minutes walk). Booked a boat tour there and quite happy with that.
The common area and the kitchen were very nice. A supermarket downstairs made it just perfect. It's quite far from the center, but there's tram/bus right at the corner. Easy to get to/from the airport.
The beds were really small, if you are on the top level, be careful. Anything else was okay. Location is great.
Big common area and kitchen, spacious room, nice
Good location, friendly staff.
Staff was nice, friendly, helpful, and hot!
Check out time is a bit early, 10:00am. Hostel was spacious, staff was nice and friendly.
Staff were helpful and nice. The location is just perfect, it's next to the Stephan Church. Nice and good restautants nearby. But there were things that could be improved: wifi was weak sometimes, shower was troublesome (one had to press for the water every 10 seconds, and the temperature of the water was not stable)
Exceptionally cheap for a hostel in Vienna and very good. There's a tram/bus station right in front of the place.
There were not enough sockets in rooms and the wifi only works in the common area, so this place was very crowded. Everything else was very good.
Typical Italian hostel: very early check out (10am), very late check in (5pm), cleaning was done everyday. Close to Vatican, bus and metro stations. To me, it's not very special. I don't really like the way the owner and staff talk.
One of the staff was always rude, others were very friendly and helpful. The hostel is next to the train station, so it's very convenient.
The most crowded hostel I've ever seen. Beds were put side by side, like a Nazi concentration camp.
The hostel was nice. There's more freedom as the check in counter is not at the same place as the dorm.I traveled in the off-peak period, so the place was quite empty, spacious, and comfortable. There's one thing that need to be careful about is the shower. It's nice but is ill-designed, I almost fell down as the floor was not flat and very slippery.
The hostel was very good at collecting extra euros here and there. However, after I paid, things didn't work the way I expected, and I had a feeling of BEING CHEATED!! Wifi was EXTREMELY expensive, 5e/5h, yet the signal was very weak. The clock still counted even after I stopped the connection. So after spending 5 euros, I could only use 2-3h. They should charge 10 more e for the room and have free good wifi in stead of trying to collect $ from customers with such a CRAPPY service and annoy them
Staffs are ok, but they work very little. Checking time is from 9am-12pm, 3pm-9pm. Other time, you have to wait outside. If you leave in the early morning, then you have to return the key before 12pm or lost your deposit (1000 yen), which I found ridiculous.
This is a hotel with a very good price if you have 2 people to share a room. The hotel locates next to the sakae district, which I think it is a red-light one. Everything is good except that staffs don't speak english.
The best hostel that I've ever stayed!!
If you don't mind having only 6 mins of running water for your shower or paying 100 yen for 20 mins of internet (wifi is free though), then it's a good place to stay. The good point is that the hostel is just next to the Miyajima island and the JR train. Staffs are just ok and I'm not impressed at all at their hospitality.
