Wallyard Concept Hostel

Berlin, Germany

One toilet and one shower for approx 8 rooms was a bit of a joke. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every word people spoke in their rooms and in the corridors. The doors were so heavy that they slammed without any push. The location was not great AT ALL and the pictures of the hostel were very deceptive. Beds were creaky and our room was right outside the Wallyard neon light which never got turned off.

the hostel staff were amazingly accommodating, the location was fantastic, however the rooms were dirty, there were only 2 power plugs for a room of 9 people, the windows had cracks in them and were letting in freezing cold air, and you are forced to pay a 5 pound deposit for key and sheets, however when i checked out at 6am, no reception staff were there, meaning i lost 5 pound.

Istanbul Hostel

Istanbul, Turkey
100%

I have travelled all around Europe and have stayed in many hostels, and Istanbul Hostel has been one of the best. We had fantastic service, very accommodating staff, fantastic location (only a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and within 10 minutes of the Grand Bazar) and it was super clean and comfortable. I Highly highly recommend Istanbul Hostel to anyone coming to Istanbul!!
