The big downside to this place is not having enough space in the showers to be able to undress/undress. If they just had a bit more space with some hooks it would make it so much better. We stayed in a dorm room which was OK for London. the hostel is about 5 min walk from the tube bayswater station but when I emailed staff 2 days before asking for specific direction we got no reply. we also notice staff also had some disagreement at the reception desk which is both awkward and unprofessional.
Staff were good, English was a barrier when getting our key deposit back. Hallway smelt bad when we first arrived the first night but after that seemed OK. The private twin room with private bathroom we stayed at was nice, good size space. They say to leave the towels in the sink if you want them to change, which they did except for 1 night so we had to go back down to reception. The location of this place is one of the best things about it
Customer service was poor, slow in response and reluctant to give simple amneties like toilet paper and soap. Only one guy who did the late night shift was very freindly, all the other staff werne't so helpful
