The hostel is in the best location-in a busy area and very close to metro/monorail. I didn't like that the rooms didn't lock even though there were lockers in the rooms. The bathrooms were kept extremely clean, as were the rooms. Overall, it was a pretty decent hostel in a great location. It's kind of expensive for a dorm, though.
The hostel was pretty clean, especially the rooms. There weren't lockers to store your stuff in which was unfortunate. The showers were FREEZING but I guess that's to be expected in Southeast Asia. The owner was extremely nice and helpful! He picked us up from the bus station for free and gave us a lot of good advice. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
The hostel was nearly impossible to find. It took almost an hour in a tuk tuk to find it. It definitely isn't the cleanest place. There was two bathrooms in our dorm room and one of them didn't even have a door..so that was a bit awkward. The staff seemed nice enough. It's an okay place to stay for one night if you need to get to the train station (as it's only a 20 minute walk).
This is by far one of the best hostels that I've ever stayed at. It has a really great environment that makes you feel at home. Roxana (the lady that owns the hostel) also contributes to this. She is very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Throughout my stay at the hostel, they did nothing but try and help me and make things a heck of a lot easier than they normally would be. The shower is amazing and overall the bathroom is very clean. The hostel is in a great location, as well.
The staff were pretty nice but that was the only good thing about this hostel. It smelled awful. The rooms/hallways spelled like a disgusting public bathroom. The bathrooms were tiny and not very clean. There was not a single mirror in the bathroom or shower room. The rooms were small and had too many beds shoved into them so you could hardly walk. Also, I paid €40 a night. It was way too overpriced. Would not reccommend you to stay here.
There were a lot of fun people in the hostel. The room was a little bit crowded, but easily manageable. However, the ´lockers´ underneath the beds were ineffective, mine didn´t even pull out so I couldn´t put my stuff into it. My room was in the basement of the building and it did not have heat. The showers were cold and the entire bathroom was freezing, making for a miserable shower. On the plus side, the hostel had a fun bar and smoking room.
This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The lady who runs it (Roxanna) is so unbelievably nice and helpful. She really wants you to have a great time while you´re staying there. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom are super clean. The shower is amazing. The best part is by far the employees though. They are always trying to feed you and give you ideas on what to do/how to do it cheaply.
The hostel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The kitchen/bathrooms were extremely clean. The free breakfast was just a loaf of cheap bread that you could toast, but it worked. They also offered free sangria at night and hosted a lot of events, making it a very fun place.
The staff was not very friendly nor were they very helpful. The rooms were not very clean (and yes I know it's a hostel, but they were gross). The bathrooms were beyond disgusting.
