great staff at reception always helpful
checking in and out takes forever , and you don't get much information about Perugia .
Dennis and Theresa were very helpful when checking in ,useful tips on advance tickets , where to eat and visit etc .nice to have a little get together at 6.30 for newcomers , helps to break the ice .
met by a very nice lady at check in ,gave a good tour of hostel +helpful map and tips for places to eat and visit ,including a really good Pasta restaurant nearby. Great kitchen area + plenty for a breakfast provided.
Amran makes the Hostel , he is friendly and very helpful, gives a good insider view of where to eat and best places to visit plus how to get there . Your biggest problem is asking the right questions to get the best answers.

l had a wonderfully relaxing time at Cheers Hostel ,it was lively without being too noisy and had a nice bar to relax in at the end of the day. Breakfast provided was healthy and filling , plus you could eat in a lovely terraced area and meet new friends .The rooms are light and airy without being too overcrowded , no busy street outside meant l slept very well, you have to allow for the call to prayers though. The staff are very helpful and approachable , thank you OLGA and Tariq + Onur of cour
Visited with my son and we had a great time , very relaxed and friendly atmosphere . The reception staff were helpful and had lots of useful information , you just had to ask .Breakfast of course was the best meal of the day and served with a smile , plus a good kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own meals . Clean ,good showers and facilities also situated in a good location , easy acess to trains , trams and buses , I will have no problem in recommending a visit to friends or family .
very good security which was important for me , plus the kitchen was well equiped and no problem to use . l had a nice stay , and will definitely use the hostel again .
